Like many others I supported Blackout Tuesday and used that day to think of ways I can join all those fighting for racial justice and equality.
This is much bigger than one day of action, and these efforts must be sustained to effect systemic change. Therefore I decided to donate all Bandcamp sales of this EP to the African American Art & Culture Complex (AAACC).
Education, Art & Culture is something that should be available for everyone and through AAACC’s work they hope to inspire children and youth to serve as agents of change.

My whole body agrees with the pace of this short but solid track list. A generous helping of acoustic rhythm samples ignited by breakbeats add extra attention to full range movement on the dancefloor. Not a beat wasted. cherub420

These are two of my favorite tracks since the brilliant Off Season / Fuerza release. Whether it's the vocal cuts, catchiness, or all that bass, Joy O's experimentation and varied styles and sounds of the past several years have paid off; and the final product is pure perfection. Edward
